Returning Policy
If you return an ordered product, we will reimburse the amount paid, without unjustifiable delays, no later than 14 days after we are informed regarding your decision of returning the order. We will do the reimbursement via bank transfer (the buyer must mention a RON bank account, having 24 characters); in any way, no commission will be charged. We might delay the reimbursement until the products are returned or until proof that the products were returned.
If you received the products and want to return them, please do so, without delay, at the following address Lavanda Sky, Ciocarliei St., nr.40A, Cluj-Napoca, within 14 days of you communicating the return. The period is respected only if the return is done within 14 days.
You will have to pay for the return and are responsible for diminishing the value of the product through manipulation other than testing.
The product can be returned only if said product is in perfect condition, including packaging, meaning that it cannot present signs of usage or appear to be open.
Depending on the condition of the product, the reimburse will be determined.
Only in special cases, which depend on the decision of the seller, we do allow used product returns. Thus, the seller will analyze the product and will determine the amount the buyer should be reimbursed with.
