If you are a client of this site, www.lavandasky.ro will process your personal data, such as surname and name, phone number, email address, billing address, delivery address, data regarding the way you are using the site, as well as other data categories that you directly provide when you create an account, when you place an order through the site or any other way you use the site.

If you use your Facebook or Google account in order to create a user account on this website, www.lavandasky.ro will process the following data from the apps: username and email address.

In case you decide to create an account right before you finalize your order of a product from the website, your email address will be required with which an account will be created automatically. If you decide not to finalize your order, the email address and all the other data, will not be stored by www.lavandasky.ro, and the account will be automatically deleted.

II.2 If you are a visitor of the site, www.lavandasky.ro will process your personal data, that you directly provide while using the website, in sections such as contact/questions/complaints, if you decide to contact us this way.

II.3 For the “online booking” function your data, such as name, surname, email, phone number will be processed in order to make the appointment. If you do not want your data to be kept, please proceed the same way you would do in the other personal data collection cases, according to our GDPR. (??)

III. Purpose of data processing

III.1. If you are a client of  www.lavandasky.ro, the site processes your data as follows:

• For the purpose of the contractual relationship between you and www.lanvadasky.ro, respectively for receiving, validating, delivering and billing your order from the website, for informing you in regards to your order, for organizing the return, etc.

Basis: The processing of your data is based on the contract between you and www.lavandasky.ro, defined in the Terms and Conditions section. Providing the data is necessary for executing this contract. By refusing to provide this data you put us in the impossibility of honoring the contract between you and www.lavandasky.ro 

• For the fulfillment of the legal obligations incumbent on www.lavandasky.ro, in the context of the services provided on the site, including the tax obligations, as well as archiving.

As a matter of principle, www.lavandasky.ro will only process your necessary personal data in order to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes.

If you are a customer and you decide to delete the user account, by clicking on the Delete Account button in the Information section of your account, www.lavandasky.ro will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial messages through which we keep you informed about the products and services offered through the site. In this sense, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and/or SMS of this type. However, we would like to inform you that deleting your account will not have the effect of automatically deleting your personal data also. If you do not wish to process your personal data or you wish to delete your data, you can exercise the rights detailed in point VII below. If you request to delete the account, but there is at least one active order on that account, the request for deletion of the account can only be registered after the products are delivered and the last active order is completed.

If you withdraw your consent for the processing of data for marketing purposes, www.lavandasky.ro will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by www.lavandasky.ro on the basis of your prior consent to its withdrawal.

V. Disclosure of personal data

To fulfill the processing purposes, www.lavandasky.ro may disclose your data to partners, third parties or entities that support www.lavandasky.ro its activity through the Website (for example courier companies, IT service providers), or to the central/local public authorities, in the following example cases listed:

• The right of access to data, respectively the right to obtain confirmation from www.lavandasky.ro regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details regarding the processing activities such as the way the data are processed, the purpose for which the processing is performed, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc;
• The right to rectification, respectively the right to obtain the correction, without justified delay, by www.lavandasky.ro of inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data; The rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data were transmitted unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts.
• The right to delete data, without undue delay, (“the right to be forgotten”), if one of the following reasons applies:
  • These are no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
  • If the consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;
  • If the data subject opposes the processing and there are no legitimate reasons to be collected or kept;
  • If the personal data have been processed illegally;
  • If personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation;
  • If personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services in accordance with Union Law or national law under which the operator is located.

It is possible that, following the request for deletion of data, www.lavandasky.ro may anonymize these data (lacking such personal character) and continue processing under these conditions for statistical purposes;
